How do I create a new user
profile?
To create a new user profile, click on the "New Profile" button in the bottom
layout of the application. Enter the desired profile name and save it. This new profile will now
be
available in the profile dropdown menu.
How can I delete a user
profile?
Select the profile you wish to delete from the dropdown menu and click on the
"Delete Profile" button. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note that the "Default" profile
cannot
be deleted.
How do I upgrade my license?
To upgrade your license, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Betta"
section. Click on the "Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise" button and follow the instructions to
complete
your purchase.
What is the
difference between Solo and
Enterprise licenses?
The Solo license is designed for individual users and includes features like
full transcription, advanced autocorrect, and media file transcription. The Enterprise license
is
intended for teams and includes additional features such as priority customer support, custom
solutions, and support for up to 20 users.
How can I join an enterprise
using an invite
link?
To join an enterprise, you must be logged in. If you have received an invite
link, click on it and follow the instructions to join the enterprise. If the invite is still
valid,
you will be added to the enterprise.
How do I leave an enterprise?
If you wish to leave an enterprise, go to the "My Betta" section and click on
the "Leave Enterprise" button. Confirm your action to be removed from the enterprise.
How can I reset my license key?
To reset your license key, contact Betta Support at [email protected] with
your request. Our support team will assist you with the process.
What should I do if my
license key is not
working?
If your license key is not working, ensure that you have entered it correctly and that it hasn't
expired.

Can I transfer my license to
another computer?
You can use your license on up to 2 devices on the Solo Pro plan. If you don't have access to a
device the software was validated on, contact Betta Support at [email protected] for

How do I perform real-time translation?
To perform real-time translation, select the source and target languages from
the dropdown menus in the translation controls layout. Click the "Translate" button to translate
the
transcribed text into the selected target language.
How do I enable autocorrect?
Autocorrect is enabled by default. Open the settings window by clicking on the "Settings"
button to ensure that the "Autocorrect Enabled" option is checked. Save your settings to apply
any changes you make.
How can I use voice commands to control my
computer?
Betta supports voice commands for controlling your computer. Simply speak the
command you want to execute, such as "take a screenshot" or "open browser," and Betta will
perform
